6 am: 1 whole egg, 7 egg whites, 2/3 cup oats, 2 1200mg fish oil
9:30 am: Protein bar 290 cal, 9 g fat, 31 g protein, 23 g carbs
11:45 am: 7 oz salmon, was not able to eat all of my rice and corn, 1 cup brown rice, about 3/4 cup corn
2 pm: 1/4 cup almonds
4:30 pm: 2 scoops whey protein, 3/4 cups oats
6 pm: workout
7:15 pm: PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein
8 pm: Hamburger, green beans, and cashew chicken

Warmups - squats without weights
Barbell squats: 90x15, 140x12, 180x8, 200x3
Sumo squats: 140x10, 160x8, 160x6
Sissy squats: BW+25x12, BW+35x10, BW+45x8
Step ups: 40x12, 50x10, 60x8
Leg press: 233x12, 253x10, 273x8

Was a great night. Had that great rubber leg feeling.
