Am cardio 30 minute 'sports training' program level 6, elliptical felt good, really sweaty :)
Workout:
Chest and calves
I really wanted to push it today, at first I was worried because the db presses seemed really tough, until the last set, that one was easy, go figure. The rest of the workout was good...
warm-up 3 minutes elliptical 2 sets reg push ups 2 sets incline push ups
incline db presses 40'sX12, 45'sX10, 50'sX8
incline bb press 115X10, 115X8, 115X8
flat flyes 25'sx12, 30'sX10, 35'sX8
I superset my smith calf raises with decline cable flyes (sneaking in a little extra angle work, naughty me :) )
smith calf raises 100X12, 110X 12, 120x10
decline cable flyes 20'sX12, 25'sX10, 25'sX10
seated calf 70X12, 75X10, 80X10 these are finally getting easier and my quads weren't too sore to do them :)
