I rested on Tuesday for a few reasons - my ribcage was sore all around, hard to describe, like I pulled all the little muscles or tendons inbetween my ribs. i think it is from going up again on the leg press, but not sure. I also was extremely bloated and gassy all day /stomach ache as I adjust to all the extra fibrpous veggies in my diet. So, i lolled about most of the day, did some shopping and read a book. Oh, I did garden a little.

Food:

6am
1 egg, 6 whites
2 oz extra lean ground beef
1c spinach
scant 1/4 c walnuts
1/2 ruby red grapefruit

9:20
1c broccoli
1 can tuna
tbsp lite mayo
generous tbsp natty pb

1:05
6 oz sirloin
4 oz asparagus
1oz avocado

4:15
2 scoops whey
tbsp udo's oil
1/2 ruby red grapefruit
1c green beans

6:45
6 oz chicken
1/2c broccoli
1/4c slivered almonds

Still working on getting 6 meals in....
