Tuesday - a little less spastic :p

Warm-up - 3 minutes elliptical, 3 sets light assisted pull-upsX10
BOR reverse grip 95x12, 115X10, 125X8
close-grip pulldown 100X12, 120X10, 130X8 :)
wide cable row 100X12, 105X10, 110X8
seated leg curl 100X12, 120X10, 140X8
SLDL, limited ROM 115X12, 135X10, 165X8 :)

Right after my lifting I did a tweny minute interval on the treadmill - alternating steep inclines and running flat out for the intervals. Whew!

Feels good to be on track :)
