Tuesday Food -

1/2 avocado

4 oz turkey
1/2 avocado
smear light mayo

chicken burrito bol
1/2 rice, 1/2 beans

1 egg, 2 whites
Wednesday - abs sore from ??? and feeling under the weather, very depressed.
Am cardio - 30 minutes elliptical trainer
Pm cardio and abs never happened - felt so tired and sore.
I also didn't write anything down wednesday...bleah.
Thursday will be better.
