Tuesday - back and hammies

Rolled my ankle on the way out of the house in the morning (i am so graceful) still had a good workout! Ankle is swollen but not too bad.

Weights used same as last week, one additional rep or one extra set with the highest weight.

one leg seated leg curl


in the afternoon I did 45 minutes hills on the elliptical
