Tuesday - Back day

Am cardio - 33 minutes - 500 calories, elliptical

Workout - back:
BOR 28X15, 3 sets 88X12 (my ez curl bar is an odd 18 pounds, that is why these weights seem strange)
one arm DB row 25X15, 30X12, 35X12, 40X10
band lat pulldowns blue band, 4 sets of 15 reps...really not enough resistance, but it felt good to be a little light and work the range of motion and really get a good contraction..
SLDL, limited ROM 3 sets 88X15

back extension 3 sets 15 superset with birddogs 3 sets 12/side

PM cardio - 40 minutes recumbent bike hills level 7 and whitening teeth :)

Food was good today!

7:30am 1/4c steel cut oats, cinnamon, splenda
1 1/2 scoops lean dessert protein

10:00 5 oz turkey tenderloin
3 oz roasted beets
1 nectarine

still hungry - had microwave lowfat popcorn

Fast twitch pre-workout
12:50 PWO shake

2:45 'Quesadilla'
2 lo carb wraps 22g cho, 14g protein
ff pepper jack cheese, and a little reduced fat cheese (ran out of the fatfree)
turkey pepperoni - 10 slices, less than 4g fat
mmmm felt cheaty but really wasn't!

5 oz roasted chicken breast
1/2c yellow rice (turmeric, smart balance lite)
sauteed zucchini, mushrooms and onions, olive oil

8:30
1 Sf pudding cup
1 1/2 scoops lean dessert protein (just being lazy...)

I hit all of the goals I set for myself today! Yay!
