Tuesday - cardio playtime

Full of energy! I did a 20 minute hills program on the treadmill, 20 minute hills program on the upright bike, 5 minutes on the stairstepper, 15 minutes on the elliptical - felt really good!

Food - clean - lots of fresh fruit!
