Tuesday - Continuing week 11 :0

AM cardio - 35 minutes elliptical - 3 warm-up, 15 min hard, 15 minutes moderate, 2 min cool-down...stretching

Workout - evening workout at home, followed by cardio...

Arms - I superset these because it is such a light workout
close grip bench 45X5, 55X5, 55X5 superset with
barbell curl (used the easy bar) 18X5, 28X5, 28X5
triceps rope pressdown 35X5 (too much), 20X5, 20X5 superset with
preacher curls over the swiss ball 3 sets 28X5

Rode the recumbent bike for 30 minutes, random program level 7

Food was good today, for dinner I made potato pancakes instead of a baked potato...and had bratwurst...oops. Still, my fat was low the rest of the day so it should all balance out.

Things I did right today:
- Went down and worked out in the evening, I had considered skipping it because I was tired!
- Studied some more! I wish my brain would retain some of this info :)
- Hmm, guess that is it :0
