Tuesday - goals redefined and back at it!

sat down this morning and refigured my goals and where I need to be to make the November show - not as dire as I thought, but a lot of work to do. Time to get serious again :)

I am still al ittle congested - but I had a good workout this morning and I am going to do a light cardio session tonight, i figure once I stop coughing up junk I will go back to the two-a-days.

I was pleasantly suprised by my strength today:

Chest and Calves:
warm-up 3 circuits of this:
swissball crunchesX20
swissball push-upsX10
swissball 'birddogs' X12 per side

Incline db presses 35'sX12, 45'sX10, 50'sX8 Nice :)
alternated with
one-leg standing db calf raises 25X12, 30X10, 35X8 calves finally feel like they are 'healthy'
Incline BB presses 100X12, 110X10, 115X8 better than last time :)
alternated with
seated calf rasies 100X12, 105X10, 110X8 Nice :0
F-OOPs, just realized i did incline flyes instead of flat..oh well.. 25'sx12, 30'sx10, 35'sX8 tough

I will post my cardio and food later..Good to be back :)
