Resting heart rate is 88 BPM. I would like to get it down a bit this week. 

    Cardio this week: 
        Do 30 consistent minutes of jogging or biking
        May substitute it for a full hour of intense lacrosse dodging
    Weight lifting on 6/29: 
       Low weight is fine for chest as long as I get good reps
       Really work the abs out well
