Highlights: Still felt pumped from yesterday - especially legs. That's about it on the plus side for today, unless you count the fact that those show-off girl scouts weren't there today, so there was LESS humiliation with the weights I was lifting.
Lowlights: Tired from lack of sleep again (doin' the Rock and Roll thing last night). Also, sore from yesterday - especially legs.
Game Plan: Same as before.
Plus, keep eyes on the goals and PUSH!
