Tuesday Oct. 9
It was Thanksgiving weekend here, so we had yesterday as a holiday. I didn't workout thursday and Friday I was feeling like crap so didn't workout then either. Sat morning I went for a cycle with my workout buddy, Sunday I ate Turkey and drank too much wine, Monday a total rest day (not that I deserved it, but whatever) which brings me to Today...Tuesday...
Tuesday is Yoga at work and it felt great! I'm going to try and get to the gym this evening and see if I can't get some momentum going for some regular workouts.
