Warm Up: KB warmup with a bit of joint mobility - 7:00

TGU: 5:26 four/side alternating with the 16kg bell

Snatches: 5:00 with the 16kg bell - 112

Roller and Stretch: 15:20

Thoughts: I wonder if I can pick up the pace on the snatches a tad. Should be able to. Pretty good today. I might try the 20kg on Friday.
