Snatches: 5:00 with the 16kg. 113 reps

Floor Press: 12kgx10x4

Stretch and Roller: 13:30

Thoughts: Well, got it finished. Holy. Do I EVER have DOMS. Sore.. sore.. sore...

And my shoulders are taking a beating.
