Warm Up: KB Warm Up with some Joint Mobility
Manmakers: 24kg bell
- work 10 swings
- rest :30 seconds jogging on the spot
- I did 150 swings... I think I can up this to 15 swings
Static Chins: five with a five second hold at the top and a five second lower
Pushups: 20/11/10/6/8/10/7/6/7/6/9 = 100
Roller and stretch: 11:00
Thoughts: I wasn't really beat up after the manmakers... I think I should up them to 15 reps, but I wanted to focus on good form on them.
The pushups took longer than I had hoped! ha!
Not too bad today, though.
