Start: 7:12am
Finish: 8:07am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility - 9:30

Practice: Cleans/presses/snatch - 9:00

Manmaker:

20kg bell - 12:00 minutes
30(work):30(rest) for six minutes
25:35 next four
20:40 last two

Roller & Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: You can tell it's been a couple of weeks away (thirteen days in fact)... practice sucked. Poor form on all three.

Not too bad on the Manmaker though. Tried to keep it 30/30, but that didn't happen.

My weight was up about three pounds to 188. Not a good three pounds either, I'm sure.

Back to watching diet.
