Tuesday Squat Night

Highlights: WOW is all I can say. From the first squat with just the bar I felt great. The 275 went up nice and I could have hit 285-300 easy I think but the volume would have been too much. The 225x10 is a milestone as that was a long term goal of mine. I have just missed the 10 rep mark on it in the past....well now I have set a new goal that is hitting 275x10 coming soon to a Y near you!

Lowlights: Only that I did this wokr out in a hour and eneded at 7pm by 925pm I was getting DOMS bad....this morning as I write this my legs are depleted of energy and strength....thank god I have a week till next leg day!
