A nice short, ass-bustin workout :) I am worn out!
Tonight I will ride the bike 30 minutes.
Food today

1/2c oatmeal
2 scoops whey
tsp smart balance lite, SF syrup
coffee
9:45 - 10:30 workout and PWo shake (whey, glutamine, etc)
12:00
5 oz chicken breast stirfried w/garlic, ginger, turmeric, splenda, soy sauce
1/2c brown rice
1/2c broccoli
3:00
6 oz turkey breast taco meat
1/2c brown rice
at 6:00 I am having:
Tandoori chicken breast, 6 oz
6 oz potato
1/2c jicama salsa
and at 8:30
2 eggs, 4 whites
1/4c oatmeal
Sf syrup and smart balance
