Tuesday - Week 8

I took a day off lifting (usually wednesday off) tuesday, my lat were sore (stabilizing during chest day?) and I have been exhausted this week.

I did get up and do 30 minutes level 8 hills on the elliptical, and in the afternoon I did Yoga Booty Ballet.

I ate clean on Monday and Tuesday - the problem right now is not wanting to eat when it is so hot and humid. I am eating a lot of tuna salad, lol.
