Tuesday - why do we do these things???

I had a really pretty good day - I weight-trained my daughter inbetween sets at the gym. That was a positive and a negative - I really like my alone time at the gym, but I really want to encourage her to workout...I had apretty decent owrkout, though it lacked the usual intensity without my headphones and with the distraction of my daughter hovering around. The evening turned into a cheat meal, and this morning I am paying the price, my stomach is all sore and I feel like puking. Serves me right.

AM Cardio
25 minutes total HIIT levels 6 and 10/11

Workout:
Warm-up plyometrics on the step
push-ups
Chest and Calves
Incline db press 40'sX12, 45'sX10, 50'sX9
Incline BB press 155X11, 115X8, 115X8
Flat flyes 25'sX12, 30'sX10, 35'sX12 (where did that come from?)
decline cable cross 25X12, 30x10, 35X8
smith calf raise 110X12, 120X10, 130X8
seated calf raise 70x12, 75X10, 80X8


PM cardio - walked the dogs 45 minutes

Food:

7:30 am
1/2c oats, butter buds, sugar twin
2 scoops whey, tbsp oil

9:30
5 oz chicken
1/2 c brown rice

2:00
PWO shake (late...stopped to talk at the gym...)

4:00
5 oz chicken
1/2c brown rice

7:00
Cheat meal - use your imagination, I probably ate it. It was not good.


Things I did right today:
1) Trained my daughter. Tried to remian positive and not focus on the fcat that I was suddenly sharing my sacred gym time... it will only be twice a week...
2) Wow, not much else, I guess. The Virginia Tech thing has really got me depressed...but not going to let it spiral down any farther.
