Tuesday..20/33....Cardio

Today should have been just my swimming, but it was such a nice day that I went for my 20km cycle. It's been a while since I've done this ride and it felt great. Hopefully I'll have enough energy for my swim tonight (I could even show up early enough for the dryland training...we'll see)

Diet is going great. Went shopping and loaded up on green veggies...zuchinni, gr beans, brocolli, mixed greens, cucumber and even some frozen brussel sprouts. I'm going to stay away from fruit for a wee bit, just to try and drop a few pounds before I go away. I also bought enough fish and chicken which I grilled up last night, but as luck would have it the kids had friends home and everything got wolfed down except for enough chicken for my lunch today...at least they all ate healthy!

When I set my "chalenge" at 33 days, i was thinking of my trip west with my daughters. I forgot that I'm also heading to a cottage with hubby and family prior to this trip, so in actual fact today is 20 of 28. I still plan to be good while on vacation...not perfect, but good. Only 8 days to go...woohoo!!
