OKay, today I feel the two-a-days catching up with me, my family doesn't want to go to bed as early as I do and I feel cranky and sleep deprived..oh well, bitch bitch bitch, go do cardio, smile.
I was going to do a step aerobics video this morning, but it turned out to be Dr Seuss ABC's instead, so I went down and ran on the elliptical, hills program for 1/2 an hour. I did 10 minutes forward, 10 minutes backwards, 10 minutes forward.
My workout today was Back and Hamstrings:
Warm-up elliptical 4:30 minutes, light set of db rows
Bent-over row, reverse grip, 45X12, 55X10, 65X8
Closegrip pull-down 80X12, 90X10, 100X8 these were tough
wide bar low row 60X12, 65X10, 70X8 my from broke a little the last few reps, need to work on these.
seated leg curl 80X12, 90X10, 100X8
SLDL limited ROM (didn't like it) 45X12, 55X12, 65X8
So, I have noticed that my trainer has taken away my 'ego' exercises like the flat bench and regualr deadlifts and given me exercises that have less mechanical advantages, is this on purpose? Has he been watching me? Or does he just know what people tend to do...? I am asking him on Saturday!
