Todays Workout:

15 min. CARDIO (elliptical trainer)

abdominal & oblique stretching

SuperSet:
-Stability Ball Crunches (3 sets; BW; 20 reps)
-Oblique DB Lifts (3 sets per side; 10lbs; 20 reps)
-Seated Leg Tucks (3 sets; BW; 20 reps)

15 min. CARDIO (elliptical trainer)

cool off with some stretching
Total CARDIO: 30 min.
