Tuesday...no wts today....
I have a lunch to go to today so no wt workout today. I will be swimming tonight, so that'll be my cardio. I thought about going to the gym after work, but I think it'll be too much with swimming in the evening. I'll do the butt buster routine tomorrow instead, along with the HIIT. Kind of a bummer because I look forward to no workouts on Wednesdays.
Lunch at a chinese buffet (lots of salad, miso soup, lean meat and fruit for desert....it'll be challenging to avoid the really good stuff)
