I am dead tired!!!!I was expecting some difficulty..but not quite like this.I'm PMSy...and I only slept four hours today...oops...just realized i haven't eaten yet today either...OK...I have my answer..I feel better now...
Squats 8lbs ea hand 12 reps superset with plie squats 20 reps
Walking Lunges 8lbs ea hand 12 reps ea leg SS with jump squats...I could only do 2 sets of these...I went to walk it off and my legs buckled i had to catch myself on the wall...so I decided that was enough of these for today!!!
Step-ups 8 lb ea hand 12 reps ea leg superset with reverse lunges 20 reps ea leg
Romanian DL 55lbs 12 reps SS w/ hip extentions 20 reps ea side
I ditched the calf raises...didn't we say that was OK...and the cardio...don't think I'm gonna make it today

Food...nothin' yet...gonna get a shake now...
