Tuesday...yay, a short week!
Just had a nice long weekend. Golfed on Friday, then lot's of gardening over the weekend with a few walks thrown in. Very nice and pretty relaxing. Because of the holiday weekend there was no swimming on Sun or Monday or Pilates...so I had a nice extended rest (:
Went to the gym for a full body workout. Did similar moves but used different grips...boy did I feel the difference! Little change=big effect!!
4 min warmup on ellip
wide grip asst pulldowns 3 sets all at (-90) could manage any more than that
seated cable rows 3 sets all at 60lb using wider EZ bar grip
SS 3 sets : SLDL's BB (45/65/95)//lunges on step with 20lb dbls
BB squats: 3 sets 45/95/115
3 sets bicept curls with 30lb EZ bar
3 sets jump squats to finish off.

Swimming tonight
Arms are still shaky, so swimming will be interesting!
diet went really well over the weekend. I had some good food around the house, so choices were easy. Also made up a beef Thai dish consisting of ground beef, shredded cabbage, carrots, onion, green pepper all fried up and tossed with a bit of peanut sauce...what a treat!
Todays Diet:
Meal 1: Protien smoothie with just about everything in it(yogurt,berries,flax,greens+,V protien, water)
Meal 2: banana + almonds
Workout
Meal 3: greek burgers, quinoa, med salad
Meal 4: nut+protien bar (PN)
Meal 5: chicken breast and veggies
Swim
Meal 6: cottage cheese+PB
