Tuesday...Yoga/golf and weights

Had our first Yoga @ work class today over the lunch hour and it was great! This is going to be very good for me and my body!! My plan is to go with my hubby after work to practice some chip shots for golf and then head to my new gym for an evening workout. I'll post my workout tomorrow. The plan is to do a full body + HIIT.
