Two in one

Well, did chest and back today, along with abs. I keep changing things up, last week I did back with biceps, and chest alone. Felt good today, was fairly strong. Here is how it went.

Chest...

Decline barbell bench...10x185,4x230,4x230,3x250
Dips....8x80,8x80,6x85
Flat dumbbell benches...8x75,6x85,4x95,3x95
Seated chest press(my idea here is to go as ultra heavy as possible for that top off pec pump)....5x270,5x275,3x280..supersetted these with flat dumbbell flies....10x40,10x45,10x45
Incline dumbbells....8x65,5x70,3x75
Great chest pump, very tight, stretched inbetween each set of the first 2 exercises.

Back....

Wide grip chins....10xBW, 10xBW,8xBW+10
Wide grip lat pulldowns using machine...10x170,8x190,8x195, supersetted with close grip lat pulldowns, resisting the stretch...10x120,10x120,10x120
Bent over rows....10x130,10x130 (was running out of gas now), but great pump!
Hypers....10xBW,10xBW+25, 10xBW+25

Abs...

3 sets of upper cable rope pulldowns at 160
1 set torso rotation
2 sets weighted leg lifts (10 lbs.)

Great chest pump, great back workout. Was really exhausted after this one....thank goodness for a good recovery drink. Had the usual, needed it today. Should mention started V12 yesterday.
