I was going to do 60 squats today but i dont think i can as i am having a hard time with my legs hurting so bad. Going to do the stationary bike though. Maybe later tonight i can do the squats.

It won't be easy, but it can be done. Take your body back and kick the fat out of your life. small steps still gets you where you want to be

Good job doing 60. Need to be careful about your knees. I guess the further down you squat the harder it is on your knees as mine are letting me know.
