United States Coast Guard Fitness Requirements

Ok, so as I mentioned in my goals I want to get to the point where I'm able to exceed the minimum fitness requirements for the United States Coast Guard. I thought it would be a good idea to go list the minimum requirements for a guy under 30 years old. So, here goes!
Bent-Knee Sit Ups: 38 in one minute
Push-Ups: 29 in one minute
Running: 1.5 miles in 12:51 (minutes)
Swimming: Jump off a six-foot platform and swim 100 meters; Tread water for 5 minutes
My next step will be to time myself in each of these events, excluding swimming as I don't have affordable pool access (not using the city pool!), and set my baseline. I will post those results.
