Day from hell yesterday. I finished night shift and had to stay up for my washing machine to be delivered (I've been 12 weeks without a washing machine)
I phoned the courier company "expert logistics"(a misnomer if ever I heard one), who told me the machine would be with me between 11 and 2, so I stayed up for it. No sign of it at 2.30- so I phoned again - They said it would be with me between 3.00 and 5.00 - so I stayed up. No sign of it at 5.00 - I told them I needed to take my car for it's service, so the machine would have to be delivered before 6.00 - they assured me it would be. No sign at 6.00 - "It'll be 20-30mins".Wankers.
I left my husband in to wait for the machine and took my car to the garage. Finally it was delivered at 6.30.
Got home, didn't even contemplate going to the gym, and arsed half a bottle of red wine, had crackers and cheese, and a bar of chocolate.
Actually feeling not too bad today, and I think the gods have taken pity on me - the scales tell me I've lost 1.5lbs this week - exactly on target.
Back to cutting today.

A little stress relief is sometimes due! I'm not a golpher but the numbers are nice! Hope you enjoy your new machine!
