Ive been in a weird mood lately, not very motivated at all. ive been still going to the gym 3-4x/week but im finding more and more reasons to stay home. Im determined not to give into this lull im going through. Ive only lost 4lbs this month but my clothing is alot looser on me. Why do i value the lwer number on the scale rather than the fact my clothing is longer skin tight? help
