Started training at our local gym with my daughter. Heavier than I thought I was - but not really surprised. I could feel it in my clothes and my knees.
30 mins of cardio and 30 mins. of free weights and nautilus.
When my knees are stronger I will start attending the Zumba an aerobics classes.
