Arnold Presses 45x10 50x10
Speed bench 135x3 155x3 185x3x8
Flat bench 185x5 205x5 225x5
Up right rows-barx10 65x10 85x10 95x8
Lateral raises-25x10 30x10 35x10-all done with super strict form(see highlights)
Chins(close grip hands facing me): 4 sets 5,5, 4, 3!!!!!****
Highlights: Something nice about being able to do laterals perfectly when others use to much weight and fuck it up. Also chins I hit 5 reps with a HUGE ROM as well, one of the regulars there told me it was a "nice job" I weighed in at 245 again today.
Lowlights: Cut it a bit short...wanted a couple of other movements.
