Ok need to say this....went home and it took a half hour to get the boys out to the car. That got me upset. Drive all the way to he Y to find out mon and tue the fitness area is closed.....argh
Go home wife says no biggie you can go after th boys go to bed ( to the other one near us) I say fine....810pm I am getting shoes on she looks surprised...tell her I am going she is upset I leave anyway.

Highlights: upper body is fried

Lowlight: when the 165x1 happened I leaned to far back and the bar came down without completing the lift. AS it did it scraped my nose up and drew blood...cool!
