Assisted pullups(most likely will decrease assistance next time) 3 sets of 10.
BOR-135x10 185x10 205x10 135x15
Hammer strength pull down 1 platex15 2 plate x7 2 platex 7
I did another type of machine row did 3 sets of 10 reps....
BB curls 50x15 60x12 70x10 80x10
DB Curls-30x10 35x10 40x10 25x10
Con Curls 25x10x3
Dips 3 sets of 10 reps
Kickbacks 25x10 30x12 35x12
Pressdown/rope pull downs 2 sets each of 10
All in all good workout. I am sure I am missing something from this workout........I am tight and sore this AM and it is GOOD.
