...W6/D4....FT challenge
Went to the gym to do todays chest/back routine. Had to forgo the cardio challenge today, but I'll be swimming tonight and will do the cardio challenge tomorrow instead. In leue of the cardio I added ab work, which I didn't do yesterday.....
3 min on treadmill to loosen up very stiff legs!
4 sets wide lat pulldowns 12X60/12X60/10X70/10X80
3 sets narrow cable row 12X60/12X70/10X80
3 set wide lat push downs 12X60/12X70/10X70
3 sets db incline presses 12X10lb/10X15lb/10x20lb
3 set BB presses 12X45/10X55/10X55
3 sets pec flies-flat bench db 12X10lb/10X15lb/10X15lb
3 sets abs SS crunch/oblique/leg lifts all on incline bench for increased resistance.

I had to cut things a bit short today because my daughters bracket came off of her braces, so I had to get her to the orthodontist to have it re-attached
Good workout, but feeling a bit dreary...mainly because it is really dreary outside today...dark, wet and cold...yuk!
