I am postponing my chest day to tomorrow because my new 60 lb Cap hex dumbbells arrive late today. I've been doing extra reps on the bench press, one arm rows and leg routine because I was peaked out at 50lbs. I'm excited. I like training with dumbbells because of all the work they give to accessory muscles. My barbell bench press is over 220 but I find handling a pair of dumbbells on the bench to be very challenging.
