walk and lift

Yesterday, 3 mile walk, 565 calories. Deadlift w/ 40 lb dumbbells 3x20, lunges with 15, 30,40 3x20. It was hard to walk afterwards. Then crunches 3x20 middle and both sides, side leg lifts 3x20 and leg tucks 3x20.
Stretch sweat pant.
Today
I walked AM and PM. Today was 3 miles each session, time 60 minutes on a varying 5 to 15 degree incline. Calorie burn 575 AM 595 PM
Curls 3x20 @ 15-20-25lb dumbbell
single arm overhead triceps extension 3x20 @ 15-20-25lb dumbbell
abs same as yesterday
