Walked 6 miles-5 to 15v degree incline. 2 hours 1150 calories. Speed from 2.5 to 5 mph

Day off tomorrow traveling to boat. Weather looks good. Hopefully we'll get in 1 1/2 to 2 hours canoeing each day for 3 days.
