Who let the dog out?

Early morning walk around an hour. Pretty good pace for the first 30 minutes; then ole Mav had enough; he just had to pee on everything he saw. I wonder if the last 30 minutes would qualify for interval training-run stop sniff sniff pee, run stop snif sniff pee...

Highlights- perfect weather, and no poop to carry.
Lowlights- had to stop!

Highlight 2- Nice motorcycle ride at lunch today.. Ahhhh...
