wccs challenge wk 1 fri

WELL....todays workout...not steller...I was yick yacking through the first half...and could not get motivated for the second...what are ya gonna do...everyday cant be wonderful....

Warm-up - 3 sets 10 walking lunges, bodyweight only

Exercises Reps (weight)
SL Deadlifts 15, 12, 10, 8 (50,70,80,110)I truely prefer the SL to a regular DL
Stationary lunges 12, 10, 8 (BB 30,35,40)
Side lunges 12, 10, 8 THESE...were hard...felt like a major oaf I used 8 lb DB first set...thought I was gonna blow out a knee...so went to no weight...still felt like a goof...gave up

Step-ups 12, 10, 8 (8,15,20)


no cardio today...I hopped on the treadmill last night and ran out a couple of miles...that was interesting...run just to run...never would have thought I'd do THAT a year ago...

diet...wonderful...had a tangelo this morning...it was fantastic....

all the same...dinner...going for red meat...sirloin...mashed yams...zuchini...
