30 minutes on treadmill...pretty slow pace I only got in 2.5 miles...but I got it in...so thats a big FAT plus.

Diet

hit and miss.I know I need to get it together pretty soon...my metabolism is gonna be jacked.

WOW...measure is tomorrow...that came fast....
