PHEW....killer workout....got it ALL in though...no short cuts...WELL...other than breaks between sets much to long...but I got all the reps and sets in...

3 sets SS 10lb weight
crunch,leg raise,oblique

3 sets
Squats 12 reps 40lbs superset with plie squats 20 reps(got advice on my squat form last night...was funny...will tell you in a minute...but I felt these in my legs instead of back,finaly!!!)

3sets
Lunges 8 lb dbs 12 reps ea leg(last set 10lb) superset with jump squats 20 reps,pause at 10 only.

3 sets
Step-ups 8 lb dbs 12 reps(10lbs last set) superset with reverse lunges(kicking ass and taking names at this point...felt good)

3 sets
Romanian dead lifts 80(w/bar) lbs 12 reps superset with hip extension 20 reps ea leg.
WHOA!!!!!These had me SWEATING!!!!!!!!

cardio...gonna pop in a short run later...right now I have a pile of laundry with my name on it...

my squat instruction...so we were sitting around work last night...not a customer in the joint..and my managers friend comes in...he's a pretty buff guy...so I ask him to take a look at my squat...critique my form...so I show him...he says.."OK KC...first off...you aren't in the club..no back that thang up on the player...cat in heat not the form you're going for"...I was CRACKING UP!!!!!So he put his fingers on my abs and back and helped me stay up right..I was literally falling over backwards...he told me to look up and take the arch our of my back...seems to have helped today...but was funny...SOOOOO funny.

Sometimes I really like my job...you gotta be just a little nutty to work there.It's a prerequisite.
