Yesterday was a bust...i woke up feeling very achey...just tired...after some workout council from my dearest friend I have decided to lift 3 days a week and light cardio 5 days a week to start out...so my workout today was the same as mon...I am a little sore...well really sore in the legs...but it feels good...just like I worked my muscles...not over worked them...it felt great to get at it....
