lunges BW 2sets 12 (all)
squats BW
calf raises

Military press 25lbs
bicep curl(bar)25lbs
tricep raise (dont know what else to call it) 16lbs
deltoid lift 8lbs

crunches 2x20
BOR 40lbs

will run at the track later.. 2 miles.. jog 1.25/ walk .75. Can jog the 2 miles on a trail... but not on a track.. I think the monotony gets to me. But on the track I get to wave at my son (who tries desperatly to ignore me) while he practices. So I need to get over it and just go.
