Wed. back to the gym....

Went to the gym over the lunch hour for a full body workout. I kept things pretty light, just to ease into things.

Warmup: prisoner squats and pushups (3 set 10 each alternating)

SS: walking lunges//jump squats (3 sets 10)

asst pullups 3 sets 8 (still have to figure out the wt on this, but started heavy and worked lighter.

BB squats: 12X45/10X95/10X95/10X95/10X45

seated row: 3 sets 10X60lb

rot cuff work (overhead lift + rotations with 5lb dbl)

stretch to cool down

Nice and quiet at the gym. I think the new gym will work out well for me. I need to pull together a workout to follow and track the wt used.

I'll be swimming tonight as well.
