Pain in shoulder forced me to switch to legs for tonight.

Smith Lunges: 12x90, 12x110, 10x115
Seated Leg Curl: 8x130, 10x110, 10x90
Seated Leg Press: 15x190, 12x210, 12x210
Seated Calf Raise: 12x125, 12x125, 12x125
One Leg Calf raise: 15x40
Mucho Abs
