ahhh...this really stinks...my diet has been crap...I'm gonna get that in better shape...I'm sure that will do the trick to get my energy level up..

3 sets 30 crunch,reverse,oblique...fisrt set 10 lb weight

2 sets all
Squats 12reps 35 lbs superset with plie squats 20 reps

Walking Lunges superset 10 lbs 12 reps ea leg with jump squats 10 each

Step-ups 12 reps ea leg 10 lbs superset with reverse lunges 20 reps ea leg

Romanian DL 35 lbs 12 reps hip extentions 20 reps ea leg

15 minutes treadmill......ridiculous
